  The only advice I could find was the following:
  
  Call Rival 1 800 793-0052 Select option 1 The Lids will be back is stock the 2nd week of Feb. 2007 they are 10.00 and 8.00 Shipping.
  
  Everywhere I looked they were out of stock...

    Thanks, I'll try that. Rival has this new replacements website, but they didn't have mine on it. I considered getting a glass one that would hopefully fit, just so I could use the thing, but thought I should ask here first. :)

      When I crock things that are too big for the pot (that is, stick up in such a way that the lid won't seal) I wrap the top tightly with tinfoil. That has worked every time - maybe you can do that until you get a new lid, if ever.
