Pulled Pork!

So, inspired by some messages here and a friend, I have experimented with pulled pork in the last couple of weeks.
1. Big hunk o' pork shoulder - these are really cheap! I trim most of the fat off (learned this the hard way as my first batch was very greasy), and cut into a few big chunks
2. Brown chunks of pork in a pan and put in crock pot
3. Saute a cut onion and some garlic in the same pan and goes into the pot
4. Pour in a bottle of BBQ sauce (cheap is fine, just any flavor you like)
5. Turn on high for 4 hours, low for 10
6. Pull the pork out (at this point it starts to shred), strain the sauce and then reduce it on the stove
7. Pour sauce over and enjoy!

I made 10 pounds of this the other night and vacuum-sealed and froze it for the playa. FIgured I could just pull it out and heat it up.
Any other great large pork product recipes out there?
