I got this from a friend and did a few modifications. It was TOO good not to share

I used left over steak , cubed (could also use ground beef/turkey) 1-1 1/2 lbs.
1 lg onion diced
1 bell pepper diced
2-3 sprigs thyme
1 bag frozen corn
1 reg size can kidney beans (use liquid)
1 reg size can black beans (use liquid)
1 reg size can cannellini beans (use liquid)
2-3 reg size cans diced tomatoes (use liquid)
2 packets lawry's chili seasoning
S&P to taste

sautee onions/bell peppers half way, add meat, brown.
strip thyme and add to pan
add 1-2 packets chili seasoning and 1-1 1/2 cups of water, bring to boil.
add to crock
add all beans and tomatoes and bag of corn. ( I only used half a bag)

Cook on low for an all day cook.
Start on high, bring to almost boil, then cook on low for 2-3 hours for quicker meal.

Now, since I have children this was spicey enough for them, but I added some Tabasco to mine.

Eat with crackers and a dollop of sour cream if you wish.

This would also be good if you added some macaroni to it ( but you would have to add water to make up for the saturated liquid)

I think this meal costed approx $5.00 and we even had some left over. :)
