ooohh If you like Cheese and Potatos, this is soooo yummy. I just made it today. It's very heavy, so just a dab will do ya.

1 can ( 10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1 container (8oz) sour cream

1 round (70z) hickory-smoked Gouda cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes
(I used appled smoked mmmmmm)

1 bag frozen southern-style cubed has brown potatoes (8cups) , thawed

2 tablespoons chopped chives

1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix soup, sour cream and cheese in medium bowl.

2. Arranged half of the potatoes in the cooker. Top with half of the sour cream mixture; spread evenly. Top with remaining potatoes and sour cream mixture, spread evenly. Do not stir.

3. Cover and cook on low heat setting 5 to 6 hours. Sprinkle chives over potatoes before serving.
