Hi everybody,

I attempted to make Italian beefs this past weekend, and clearly the roast I choose was the incorrect one. They still turned out fabulous, but it was more like a steak sandwhich then Italian beef.

Exactly what type of roast do I purchase for italian beef sandwhiches?
